Eyefi plays an important role in the definition of an e-commerce strategy and the development of the required software for the online portal MySecondhome.

MySecondhome is the first online portal focused on the international market for second homes. Both in and outside of Europe, the market for Second Homes is a growing niche market for estate agents. A growing market combined with online consumer trends like selfservice and a increasing online advertizing market are the foundations of the strategy of this portal.

The MSH is based upon a clever revenue model similar to strategies used by the likes of Google and eBay. Doing business internationally is being tackled in a smart way Using the latest online solutions. This enables MSH to offer a strong and consistent proposition while maintaining flexibility to adjust the proposition on a local level.

Sellers can either add properties automatically or manually to the site. Adding content is done in your own language and the application translates it to 12 different languages (currently). At country level it is possible to address different communities in their own language. Not only the language but also the content can be varied to target communities within a country. An advanced online profiling system enables MSH to offer profile based online marketing concepts to the second home service industry.
